Within the framework of the project, training (advanced training) of the founder of ANO "O.K.N.O." and Director of the House of Folk Art of Nizhnekamsk Ramil Sadriev at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO on the topic: Strategic Leadership: the Art of Decision Making in February-March 2022. After the training, it is planned to organize and conduct a problematic seminar for employees of the institution and leaders of the cultural sector on the subject of training.
